Schemes Monitoring Solution
Application software designed and deployed for Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation Government of Himachal Pradesh to keep track of execution and funds for various schemes sponsored and funded by Government of India and Government of Himachal Pradesh. The application is capable of tracking execution status of the projects, on the basis of report submitted from the field and also prepares various MIS reports for the state and central governments.

Diary & Dispatch Solution
Designed and developed a MIS solution to keep track of file navigation in the department and monitoring of communications made to and from the department in the form of Diary and Dispatch for Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Himachal Pradesh. This solution tracks of correspondence, maintains its status and prepares MIS reports for the senior management in the department.

GPF Manager
Application Software designed & developed for O/o Jt. Controller of Communication Accounts, Shimla to keep track of the GPF subscriptions, refunds, advances and withdrawals by BSNL employees in the state; monitor their current location; and generate statement of accounts at the end of year after calculating the interest on the total amount.

Pension Contribution Auditor
All the offices of BSNL deduct pension contribution from the salary of their employees and deposit the deducted amount to O/o Jt. Controller of Communication Accounts. The office needed an Application Software to analyze the submitted deduction schedules and prepare an audit report with the recovery and excess deductions made by the Accounts Staff of SSA. Pension Contribution Auditor was designed and deployed for this client.

Pension Case Calculator
Many employees retire every year and then starts the process of calculating their pensions/ family pension, gratuity, commutation amount etc. which has to take into account several parameters such as salary, length of service, etc. For BSNL this job is managed by O/o Controller of Communication Accounts. Pension Case Calculator is a solution designed and developed for them which automatically calculates the pension, family pension, gratuity, commutation amount and other figures required on the basis of given parameters for a specific employee. It not only generates the Case File but also monitors future distribution of pension on the basis of reports submitted by distribution authorities like banks and post offices in the state.

Above mentioned products were designed and developed for organisations such as Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Shimla and O/o Jt. Controller of Communication Accounts, Department of Telecommunication, HP Circle, Shimla. Besides these several other products for departments like Department of Information Technology, Govt. of HP and HP State Electronic Development Corporation Ltd. have been developed and deployed by us in the past two years.
